Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and fg66m ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the fg66m website, mobile interface, games, promotions, payment facilities, and all other services offered through fg66m. By registering an account, accessing any game, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use fg66m. fg66m reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 1Eligibility

Access to fg66m is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fg66m strictly enforces this age restriction. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms.
• You must be acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of fg66m is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of fg66m or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

fg66m supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services. All payment transactions at fg66m are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through fg66m.

• The minimum deposit at fg66m is ৳200. fg66m reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds from time to time. Any revised minimums will be communicated on the platform before taking effect.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fg66m does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. fg66m does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
• fg66m does not charge withdrawal processing fees to users. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. fg66m has no control over third-party mobile banking fees.
• Any winnings derived from a promotional bonus are subject to the rollover and wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawal of bonus-related winnings prior to meeting the stated wagering requirement is not permitted.

fg66m reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request that it deems unusual or potentially related to fraudulent activity. In such cases, fg66m may request additional documentation and the withdrawal processing timeline will be extended until checks are satisfactorily completed.

5Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fg66m. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in further action including reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Collusion — coordinating or communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino table games and sports betting.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using false information during registration, or employing any other method to claim promotional bonuses beyond the stated eligibility, including systematic exploitation of free-spin or deposit-match offers.
• Money laundering — using fg66m to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of any illegal activity. fg66m applies anti-money laundering monitoring to all accounts and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Technical exploitation — using bots, scripts, automated tools, or software to interact with any part of the fg66m platform in a manner not intended for normal human gameplay, including but not limited to game exploits, RNG manipulation attempts, and API abuse.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud — initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after a legitimate deposit has been credited to your fg66m account. Any account subject to a chargeback investigation will be suspended pending resolution.

fg66m employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities across all accounts. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in account suspension without prior notice. fg66m is not obligated to disclose the specific monitoring methods or detection thresholds it employs.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the fg66m platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall arrangement and presentation of the platform — is the property of fg66m or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any fg66m content without prior written permission from fg66m.

Game content delivered through fg66m by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe and Ezugi is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective provider. fg66m licenses game content from these providers and does not claim ownership of provider-developed content.

9Amendments to These Terms

fg66m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any updates to the Terms.

Your continued use of fg66m following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using fg66m immediately and may close your account by contacting our support team.
